Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer for a top beauty company in NYC!

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and cross-functional partners to concept and design campaign and brand assets across a 360° consumer experience.
• Design and oversee production of assets for a wide range of platforms including digital (email, web, social), print (signage, promotional materials), in-store displays, video, and packaging.
• Lead creative development from concept through execution, ensuring work is strategically sound, on-brand, and delivered on time.
• Own and manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term creative initiatives.
• Provide design direction and mentorship to junior designers and freelancers as needed.
• Work with production and project management teams to ensure flawless execution of design files and final deliverables.
• Stay current on trends in beauty, fashion, and retail to continuously bring fresh, forward-thinking ideas to the table.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in brand design, campaign development, and creative execution (5+years)
• Mastery in graphic design and presentation design skills, with the ability to create visually impactful and compelling deliverables.
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy and the ability to translate it into cohesive, visually impactful designs.
• Deep understanding of the Professional Salon/Beauty buiness and cultural landscape, with a proven ability to translate trends into creative work.
• Exceptional collaboration and leadership skills, with experience guiding external agencies, production teams, and cross-functional partners.
• Sharp eye for detail, outstanding creativity, and a passion for innovative design.
• Excellent communication skills, emphasizing clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
